OUR FOUNDER
Lynn G. Peterson
Lynn G. Peterson started Peterson Builders, Inc. back in 1976. Under his leadership, PBI has grown into a well-recognized leader in the home building industry.
Joined by his sons Jason and Ben, Lynn has been able to provide a more complete package for each client. PBI assigns a full-time project supervisor to each job to answer any questions and guide each client through the entire project. At the signing of the contract, a homeowner’s manual is given to inform the client of every aspect of home construction, including a complete home maintenance section to help keep each home lasting for years to come.
Over the years, Peterson Builders has built more homes in the Ogden Valley than any other builder. In 1993, the first Parade of Homes house shown in Ogden Valley was built by PBI. They were honored to take home the “Peoples’ Choice Award” on their country style two-story home. They have featured several other homes in the Parade over the years. Also, winning People’s Choice in 2014 for a home in Huntsville. The Home Builders Association selected Jason Peterson as Builder of the Year for 2013.
