Property Services Manager & Site Manager

With over 40 years in the construction industry, Doug brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to every build. Construction runs in his family. He grew up working for his father, a general contractor, and spent his high school winters at a cabinet shop. After some time in outside sales for a local lumber company, he started his own construction company in 1994 and ran it for over 30 years.

He’s worked every phase of a build, from concrete and framing to roofing, tile, and hardwood floors, but finish work is where he finds his greatest satisfaction. At Peterson Builders, he serves as a Site Manager, keeping trades coordinated, materials flowing, and projects running smoothly.

His parents taught him the value of hard work, and it shows. A Perry, Utah resident for the past 33 years, he enjoys traveling with family, cycling, hunting, fishing, gardening, and carving wood bowls.
