Once the home passes final inspections, we obtain the certificate of occupancy, officially marking your home as ready for move-in. We also finalize any outstanding accounting and payments to ensure a smooth transition. 

To celebrate this milestone, we provide gifts from local shops as a token of our appreciation and to welcome you to your new community. We also arrange professional photography to capture the beauty of your completed home. Finally, it’s time to move in and being making memories in your custom luxury home.
