Peterson Builders Annual Company Meeting – May 2026

Ogden Valley, Utah

Every year, the Peterson Builders team takes a day away from the jobsite to get together, share a meal, and talk about where we’ve been and where we’re headed. This May was no different, and it was a great one.

Lunch from Shooting Star
Saloon
We kept it local and fed the crew with lunch catered from the Shooting Star Saloon in Huntsville, Utah. If you know, you know, and if you haven’t been, it’s worth the stop. Good food, good company, and a fitting way to kick off the day right here in the Ogden Valley we call home
.

Team Building Challenge
Right after lunch, we jumped into a team building competition that felt pretty natural for a group of builders. Each team had to construct the tallest freestanding structure using only paper and basic supplies.
It got competitive fast. Teams huddled up, debated strategies, and got to work. Watching the same problem-solving instincts our crews use on custom home builds play out over a paper tower was genuinely fun. One team came out on top and earned the bragging rights to prove it, well done to our winners!

Directors Present: 2025 Review & Looking Ahead
With the competitive energy still in the room, our directors took the floor and walked the team through everything on the agenda. The 2025 year in review covered what we accomplished and how we’ve grown as a company. From there, each director spoke to their area, including updates on marketing, policy changes, and other items that affect how we operate day to day.
It was a good chance for the whole team to hear directly from leadership and ask questions, and there was plenty to cover heading into the rest of 2026.
The message that stuck? “We are building something greater than each of us individually. What’s been built wasn’t by chance, therefore our outcomes this year won’t be by chance either.”
