Zach Hall is passionate about investing in people first and building environments where individuals and teams can thrive with clarity, purpose, and support. As Director of Administration at Peterson Builders, he focuses on strengthening departments through thoughtful systems, processes, and operational frameworks that drive high performance across the organization.

Prior to joining Peterson Builders, Zach worked with small and growth-oriented businesses to improve operational maturity by refining policies, increasing process consistency, and implementing financial and operational controls to support sustainable growth. His expertise includes operating infrastructure, operational finance, retention-focused processes, cultural development, policy creation, data analysis, and IT systems administration.

At Peterson Builders, Zach supports teams across all departments by helping solve challenges related to administration, HR, IT, facilities, and finance. He is committed to reinforcing the company’s core values and believes Peterson Builders stands apart because integrity is demonstrated through consistent action, not just words.

Zach believes long-term success is built through transparency, active listening, and repeatable processes that evolve over time. Originally from Lindon, Utah, he now lives in Northern Utah with his wife, Brooke, and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and playing piano or guitar.
