Two years following the building of our home, we are as impressed with the quality of your workmanship as the day we moved in! Your help in assisting us with the many non-building issues that inevitably accompany new home beginnings was as helpful and outstanding as the integrity of your custom home construction.

Unlike horror stories we’ve heard about building a house, our marriage came out unscathed! In fact, we often look back on that year as one of the happiest and most fun of our 39 years together. And we have YOU to thank for that…. We felt involved and cared about… It was a marvelous experience.

Thank you again for all you did building our house. I know so many people building right now and their experiences are all varying degrees of awful. I had so much fun working with you guys building our house and I really appreciate all of the effort you put into making it such a great experience. You truly are the best of the best!!

We really appreciate your flexibility and willingness to listen to our ideas (sometimes changing our mind over and over). You helped us decide viability and make changes to things that, when implemented, were not what we expected…. We remember a discussion wherein you said that your goal was to “build us a cabin that we would love and in the end all remain friends.” Goal accomplished! Your responsiveness was very important to us. Thank you for the many times – day or night, weekend or weekday – that you promptly responded to emails, texts and phone calls… Perhaps most important of all is your character. We never felt like you were trying to upsell us in order to make more money; you held our best interest as your highest priority. Your integrity and honesty reassured us that we were in good hands.

As far as builders go, you are the exception, not the rule.

Thank you so much for making this dream of ours become a reality. Most builders probably would have walked away from the crazy homeowners that wanted to draw their own plans! Thank you for all the extra help you provided from the beginning and throughout the process… It takes special people to be able to keep a level head when emotions are involved. I believe it is due to your willingness to truly listen and address any situation…. It was a pleasure working with you and really do appreciate all your attention to detail and making sure things were done correctly.
