SCOTT BIRCH

SENIOR SITE MANAGER

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott brings deep expertise, hands-on leadership, and a true craftsman’s mindset to every project. By the age of 21, he had already built two homes for himself, an early testament to his skill and work ethic.

He spent 11 years running his own construction and framing company, Birch Construction, before joining Steve Flint Custom Homes in Davis County as a project superintendent. Over the next 19 years, he managed residential projects ranging from entry-level homes to high-end Parade of Homes showcases, approaching every build with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Highly hands-on by nature, Scott is responsible for managing all phases of residential construction, from initial groundwork and foundations through final inspection and client handoff. He believes in seeing projects through and doing the job right the first time, always giving his best effort.

He joined Peterson Builders following his previous employer’s retirement and is proud to be part of such a well-respected building team. He looks forward to sharing his experience and knowledge while continuing to deliver exceptional homes.

Outside of work, Scott lives in Taylor, Utah, with his wife, Beth, two dogs, and six chickens. He enjoys spending time on his property near Lava Hot Springs, is always tinkering with a new project, and rarely sits still for long. One of his most cherished titles is Grandpa.
