Property Care Packages

BRONZE

Comprehensive home assessment: PBI will create a thorough comprehensive plan specific to your home and its systems.
3 Annual Inspections: PBI will perform inspections every 4 months via drone and in person to check for leaks, burned-out lights, ice dams, clogged gutters, missing shingles, humidity levels, and other routine maintenance as outlined in the PBI Maintenance Checklist (see attached Addendum).
Services: Routine maintenance including: Replace filters, light bulbs, flush water heaters, bi-annual HVAC service, filling concrete cracks, sealing windows, doors, and penetrations in the home, etc.
Reports: Following each inspection, you will receive a summary report via email detailing the results of the inspection.

SILVER

Comprehensive home assessment: PBI will create a thorough comprehensive plan specific to your home and its systems.
6 Annual Inspections: PBI will perform inspections every other month via drone and in person to check for leaks, burned-out lights, ice dams, clogged gutters, missing shingles, humidity levels, and other routine maintenance as outlined in the PBI Maintenance Checklist (see attached Addendum).
Services: All maintenance included in the Bronze level plus: Power washing and sealing of all exterior concrete, 8 hours handyman service,
Reports: Following each inspection, you will receive a summary report via email detailing the results of the inspection.

GOLD

Customizable Inspections: Gold members will receive a customized program based on their needs and wants. We will customize the number of inspections and the maintenance program and schedule. PBI Maintenance Checklist (see attached Addendum).
Services: All maintenance included in the Silver level plus: Painting & Sealing of exterior decks, touch up paint throw-out home, and other items as requested.
Reports: After each weekly inspection, an email report will be sent to the client summarizing the findings and any recommendations.
