Chad Rosser is a Project Manager at Peterson Builders, bringing eight years of experience in residential construction with a strong background in remodels, additions, and new construction. Prior to joining Peterson Builders, Chad was self-employed, where he managed projects from start to finish and developed a reputation for being highly detail-oriented, particularly when it comes to finish work such as paint, tile, and trim.

In his role, Chad is responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients, managing schedules, and overseeing project budgets. He takes pride in guiding homeowners through the building process and finds the most fulfillment in watching a client’s vision become a reality. Chad believes Peterson Builders stands apart due to its 50 years of experience and a deeply knowledgeable team that supports both clients and one another throughout the build.

Chad approaches every project with integrity, transparency, and open communication. His guiding principle is simple: build every home as if it were his own. This mindset drives his commitment to quality and accountability at every stage of construction.

Originally from Kaysville and now living in Syracuse, Chad enjoys spending his time outside of work hiking, skiing, camping, hunting, fishing, traveling, and scuba diving. He has been married to his wife, Jessica, for 17 years, and together they have four children.
