Today marked an exciting milestone in Ogden Valley as Peterson’s Builders officially broke ground on the stunning Casa Amigos residence—our newest luxury custom home in Eden, Utah. With crisp spring air and snow-capped mountains in the distance, the site buzzed with anticipation and celebration.

Though the homeowners currently reside overseas, their vision for Casa Amigos was proudly honored by their trusted interior designer, Kristal Schweppe, and her husband, who stepped in for the ceremonial “first dig.” With the hum of a tractorhoe behind them, Kristal took the controls and broke ground on what will become an unforgettable architectural masterpiece nestled in the heart of Eden.

Surrounded by our build team, the Schweppes, and the scenic landscape of Ogden Valley, we toasted the moment with a glass of bubbly and reflected on the journey ahead. The event was not only a celebration of a new home but a celebration of trust, creativity, and collaboration across borders.
