WHERE WE BUILD

We specialize in constructing custom homes within a 45-minute radius of our office in Eden, Utah, encompassing Davis, Morgan, Summit, Cache, and Weber counties. Stretching from Logan down to Park City, we consider this region of Utah exceptionally unique, offering a wealth of recreational activities, including skiing and boating, as well as breathtaking mountain and valley vistas. It is an ideal setting for families to thrive and a wonderful place to establish a permanent residence.

BEN PETERSON

Ben Peterson, CEO and co-owner of Peterson Builders Inc., has over 25 years of experience and is celebrated in the Northern Utah building industry for his visionary approach. With a deep understanding of design and architecture, Ben is a valuable partner for clients building their dream homes. His journey began in 1988, working alongside his father and brother, where he learned the importance of smart, creative work. Ben’s philosophy centers on excellence, ensuring every project is finished to the highest standards.

An active community leader, Ben has chaired the Ogden Valley Business Association and leads a nonprofit with his brother to build homes in Mexico for families in need. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family in the Ogden Valley, where they continue the Peterson family’s legacy.

JASON PETERSON

Jason Peterson, President and co-owner of Peterson Builders Inc., is a respected leader in Northern Utah’s building industry, with over 30 years of experience in custom home building and renovations. He has been instrumental in over 130 luxury home builds and is a key figure in the Home Builders Association, having influenced industry legislation and code updates. Jason also serves on the DOPL Construction Services Commission and holds both B100 and E100 contractor licenses.

A commitment to excellence and precision drives Jason’s approach, especially when tackling complex projects. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys biking, hiking, and caring for his horses. He and his wife, proud grandparents, look forward to spending time with their growing family
