As we move into a new year, we are taking a moment to reflect on the projects that shaped 2025. It was a year defined by scale, detail, and steady progress across custom estate homes and thoughtfully executed remodels throughout Northern Utah.
In total, 11 custom estate homes and 4 remodels were completed or underway in 2025, representing more than 79,500 square feet of estate-level construction. Each project brought its own pursuits, opportunities, and moments of craftsmanship that continue to define our work.
Our 2025 projects spanned a range of mountain and valley communities, each with unique site conditions, architectural goals, and environmental considerations. This year, we built in:

From high-elevation builds to established neighborhoods, these locations required a deep understanding of terrain, access, climate, and long-term performance. These factors are central to how we approach every project.
The homes we worked on this year reflect the growing demand for highly customized estate residences. The largest home currently underway exceeds 14,500 square feet, while the collective portfolio of homes completed or in progress totals more than 79,500 square feet.
These numbers represent more than size alone. They reflect months, and often years, of collaboration with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure each detail aligns with the vision and lifestyle of the families we build for.
Alongside new construction, we completed or advanced four remodel projects. Each required careful integration with existing structures while elevating performance, layout, and finish quality. Remodels demand a different kind of precision, and we approach them with the same level of planning and craftsmanship as our ground-up builds.
