Oakley Criswell got his start in the construction industry eight years ago, pushing a broom at multi-family sites. After over-seeing the completion of more than 400 units, Oakley made the transition to building custom homes with Peterson Builders Inc. in 2021. It was with Peterson that he discovered his passion for building homes that are extraordinary.  

Since his transition into custom homes, Oakley has been involved with the completion of more than ten projects. His favorite part of building custom homes is the complexity, and problem solving that comes with it. He relates it to a jigsaw puzzle, and being able to watch his hard work pay off as all the little pieces come together to make something amazing. 

In his free time, Oakley loves to be outdoors spending time with his family, friends, and dogs. On any given weekend in the summer you can find him with a fly rod in his hand floating down a river. In the winter he loves to enjoy the beautiful ski resorts surrounding Eden.
