Timing:
Here at PBI, we pride ourselves on completing our homes on time.  Because of the systems we have created in our production process, we are able to build a home quickly to meet your needs.

Experience:
We have spent the past 30 years building homes in Eden, Huntsville and Liberty.  We know and understand the geography here and bring experience to each project.  Potential problems relating to soil condition, ground water, and climate are minimized. We build our homes to optimize the landscape and views, while eliminating any issues inherent to their lots.

Project Management:  
Your salesman will work closely with our production team to manage your home. Our superintendents are expert in their areas and will ensure your project is built right and on schedule.

Quality:           
We build each home so that you will be proud to live in a PBI home.  Regular quality inspections are performed throughout the process and any issue, no matter how small is taken care of.  We implement certain systems during construction not typically used by other builders, specifically perimeter drains, radon gas exhausting, and moisture prevention.  Our skilled carpenters and trade partners provide quality and craftsmanship throughout the entire project.

And last, but most important to us is having our customers feel that they have been treated fairly.  We are honest in all our dealings and our customers can count on us to do what we say.
